Project Summary:
The Brief:
This project involved the structural remodelling, including demolition works and fitting out of a high-end jewellery boutique, combining two stores in to one ‘flagship store’ whilst allowing the client to continue trading. This was achieved by splitting the project in to 3 phases.
The Project Involved:
Phase 1 – Demolition and structural remodelling of the Albemarle Street store whilst the Old Bond Street store was still trading. Completion of Albemarle Street fit out.
Phase 2 – Closing the Bond Street store to allow Albemarle Street to open and start trading. Full M&E tested and commissioned.
Phase 3 – Overnight works to break through internally and create one flagship store with two street entrances.
