Project Summary:

This project involved SD taking on the main internal fit out of 2 levels within the existing building and converting the property into a brand new, exclusive Jewellery Store.

 

Works included the fitting out of the ground floor and basement, building an interconnecting stairway, installing a range security-controlled measures, including a new vault, high security/ specialised windows, doors (including secure vestibule airlock door/ main entrance), CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems.  All associated internal works including bespoke high-level joinery, lighting, AV, marble, carpets, vitrines, finishes, fixtures and fittings and installation of an external sculpture and new signage.  Modifications to the internal services and connections to the incoming mains.
