Project Summary:
A full refurbishment of the existing 3rd floor at Fortnum & Mason - starting with the demolition and strip out of existing partitions and fittings, including all mechanical and electrical services. We also constructed new partitions to suit the new layout, including a new blackened metal and glazed wall system to the new Food & Drink Studio.
We completed Internal redecoration throughout to walls and ceilings including columns, crown ceiling mouldings and existing windows.
New flooring installed included Antique oak herringbone timber flooring to the main sales areas, cork flooring to the Food and Drink Studio and Altro safety flooring to the Distillery and Food and Drink Studio. New doors and ironmongery were installed.
Millwork installation to suit new layout and all mechanical and
Electrical Services installations including new sprinklers.
In addition, we completed works to update the Bar3’6 area, including new services, decoration and flooring.
