Set within a 1960s Richard Seifert modernist building in Kensington Palace Gardens, the project entails a full 500sqm internal refurbishment and fit out of a duplex apartment located on the ground and first floor of a building in multiple occupation – the common parts of which are controlled by the Landlord, and the separate self-contained former Chauffeur’s flat.
The scope of the works includes the installation of prime luxury finishes throughout including the replacement of external louvres, joinery, windows and kitchen.
Full mechanical and electrical service installations were carried out in addition to external landscaping and paving works.
